Low-fat American Cheese; process shredded

Low-fat yogurt; unsweetened plain

Prepared horseradish;

Onion; minced

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, amreican cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well.
  2. Gently, fold in green pepper and onion.
  3. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. NOTE: Serve Cottage-Cheese Dunk with raw vegetables.
