Ingredients

Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

Whipping Cream; Chilled

Directions

  1. Line a 9 X 5 X 3-inch loaf pan with foil and set aside.
  2. Beat the egg yolks, in a large mixing bowl, with a wire whisk, blending in the sweetened milk and vanilla, blending well.
  3. Finely chop the mini chips by hand or in a food processor and set aside.
  4. Beat the whipping cream in a large mixer bowl, just until stiff then fold in with the chocolate into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and cover.
  6. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
