Fruit Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Sm-curd cottage cheese;

Apple, or pear, or apricot chopped

Slivered almonds;

Pineapple crushed in natural juice

Bread (any kind)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients (except the bread) together.
  2. You may need to add a little more cottage cheese to bind the ingredients.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bread.
  4. This sandwich is especially good when served on some quick beards such as banana bread, zucchini bread or any other quick breads.
